Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Note that, the return will not be accepted if the product have any new defect or signs on wearing.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@muslindhaka.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

Refund 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

 

  • Full Refund: If you return an item within thirty (30) days in accordance with our return policy, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Note that refund will not applicable if the product is used or defected.
  • Exchanges: If you choose to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate your preference when you contact customer service for your RMA number. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  •  Luxury Muslin
